2. Digital Products (e.g., Guides, Worksheets, Templates)

Due to the immediate, digital nature of our products, all sales of downloadable guides, worksheets, templates, and other digital materials are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for these products once the purchase is completed and the product is delivered.

3. Coaching Services

We offer personalized coaching sessions to help you with your financial goals. Our refund policy for coaching is as follows:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: You are eligible for a full refund or can reschedule the session at no additional cost.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled session: A 50% cancellation fee will be applied. The remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • No-shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Subscriptions

For any subscription-based services, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods. We do not provide prorated refunds for subscriptions that are canceled mid-cycle.

We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. If you feel your situation warrants an exception to this policy, please contact our support team. We review such cases on an individual basis and may offer a partial or full refund at our sole discretion.
